Royal Mail Industrial Action ===============================
Once again Royal Mail workers have announced further strike action.
Two 48-hour strikes are planned. The first will begin at lunchtime on Thursday 4th October and ends at lunchtime on Saturday 6th October. The second will begin in the early hours of Monday 8th October, ending in the early hours of Wednesday 10th October.
This will be followed by an unspecified programe of weekly strikes, starting week commencing October 15th, until the resolution of the dispute.
Whilst we are striving to make alternative delivery arrangements during the planned strikes Im afraid there is bound to be a knock on effect with some orders being delayed.
We can only apologies if/when this happens but as youll apprciate the delay to the delivery service is out of our hands.

Rear Number Plate Led's ========================
Replace the standard 'clear' festoon rear number plate illumination bulbs with these white LED'S. Gives a cool blue light instead of the usual yellow light from the original bulb.

Can we ask all customers to submit a 'product review' once you've received your order. This will not only give new customers an idea of the suitability/quality of an item, but also give us feedback on various products and if we should continue supplying that particular item. A review can be submitted on the individual product page.
Product Availability. =====================
We now have nearly 650 products on the Team Torquesteer site. As you'll appreciate we don't stock every item. On the product page where you see a Green tick against availability it means the item is 'available to order', but it doesn't neccessarily mean its in stock. Many original Ford products are ordered in and this may cause a slight delay in delivery times. We apologise in advance for any inconveniance this may cause. Also if you see an item is out of stock please contact us and we can advise you on when this item should be available to order again.
